New region 13153 [S17E74] 270 rotated partly into view on November 30 and was numbered by SWPC the next day. The region has large spots but does not appear magnetically complex at this time. A major flare is possible. C1 flares: C1.2 @ 01:14, C1.3 @ 14:20, C1.3 @ 17:07 UT
