New region 13137 [N37E62] 20 rotated into view on October 30 and was numbered by SWPC 2 days later. Despite its simple structure and only one spot, the region was the most active on the visible disk. C1 flares: C1.2 @ 06:20, C1.3 @ 13:58 UT.
