New region 12938 [N18E68] 10 rotated into view on January 25 and was numbered the next day by SWPC. The region was unstable early in the day, however, activity decreased and only B flares were noted after noon. C1 flares: C1.0 @ 01:56, C1.0 @ 05:53, C1.0 @ 07:16, C1.3 @ 09:15, C1.6 @ 10:24 UT.
