New region 13211 [S17W29] 20 emerged on February 3 with several spots and was numbered the next day by SWPC. C1 flares: C1.4 @ 05:15, C1.4 @ 06:55, C1.2 @ 09:32, C1.0 @ 12:46, C1.0 @ 21:50 UT
